I have previously posted a comment about wireless connections dropping at Largs yacht haven.

I have run software at Largs that detects wireless connections. What I found was

4 wireless connections. The software detected that the transmissions from the wireless

transmitters were intermittent. It looked like the transmitters were cycling on and off.

This is similar to the problem my wireless manager detected that the transmitters were

dropping. Would oceanwave care to comment on this.:angry:

Anyone had problems at Largs Yacht Haven with the Wireless connections dropping.

I can only get connected for about 30 seconds then it disconnects.

The wireless manager is showing Oceanwave are not trasmitting. It is like this for 30 seconds the starts transmitting again then drops.

I only have this problem with Oceanwave at Largs all my other roaming connections are ok.

Hi all,

Just to inform you that due to power issues on the access point in the main carpak and on the side building Oceanwave and Yacht Havens have decided to move the network onto the pontoons.

This will increase coverage by 40% and also make the connection more reliable. The poles and power have been ordered and are being installed next week.

We will keep you updated with any news.
